Sellers Marketing Plan

Macala Realty is dedicated to providing superior service in the marketing and sale of your home. We implement the following marketing plan with enthusiasm and persistence to insure maximum exposure of your home to the buying market. This effort is directed towards the goal of generating the highest possible offer from a “ready and able” buyer. Upon the execution of a purchase contract, we will provide professional guidance and supervision throughout the escrow to insure an effective and timely completion of the transaction. We will:

  • Place your listing on the Multi Regional MLS (with your permission). This exposes your home to realtors from San Diego to Santa Barbara and Santa Monica to Indio.
  • Create a professional promotional flyer that will generate immediate interest in your home. This will be available to passing traffic and will be distributed to local real estate offices.
  • Submit your home for inclusion in the weekly “caravan” of realtors who preview select properties. (If available)
  • Send a “just listed” announcement to homeowners in the immediate surrounding area of your property (up to 300) no later than 5 days after the start date of the listing agreement.
  • Place posted “For Sale” signs, featuring the distinctive Macala Realty logo, at your home and at any select locations that we deem effective and appropriate for the duration of the listing. (Subject to HOA and city regulations)
  • Place ads in your regional paper including a photo ad on Saturday and Sunday, if available.
  • Mention your home to potential homebuyers at every opportunity.
  • Hold at least 4 “open houses” on select weekend days, pending your schedule and approval.
  • Place select photos and a detailed description of your home on our website.
  • Place your home on Realtor.com for exposure to millions of potential buyers throughout the United States.
